Whirlpool SideKicks Refrigerator – Class Action Investigation

CSK&D is investigating reports that Whirlpool SideKicks Refrigerators suffer from a range of defects including a failure to keep food cool and fail prematurely—often within a few years of purchase or less. Despite knowledge of the alleged defect, Whirlpool reportedly refuses to provide free repairs or replacements or offers repairs that only last for a few months until the customer is outside of the warranty period.
