Waterloo, New York McDonalds Hepatitis A Infection – Class Action Investigation

C&T is investigating a potential class action lawsuit relating to a potential outbreak of hepatitis A spread by an employee of McDonalds in Waterloo, New York. Reports indicate that the spread of hepatitis A may have occurred over the period of October 31 – November 8, 2015.

Hepatitis A is a serious infection of the liver and is highly contagious. If you suspect you may have contracted this illness, please seek immediate medical treatment.
