Washington Commanders Football Financial Scam – Class Action Investigation
Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP (“CSK&D”) is investigating reports that allege that the Washington Commanders’ organization may have committed a number of financial improprieties. According to a letter issued by the Federal Trade Commission, it is alleged that the Washington Commanders may have withheld approximately $5 million in refundable deposits from season-ticket holders. This money should have otherwise been returned to those who purchased multiyear season tickets for specific seats. Instead of refunding the funds, the organization established roadblocks meant to prevent ticket holders from obtaining a refund of the security deposit that they were owed.
If you are a multiseason ticket holder for the Washington Commanders and have not received a refund for the security deposit, please contact the attorney(s) listed below.
