Walmart “Made in U.S.A.” False Labeling – Class Action Investigation

C&T is investigating Walmart following reports that it continues to use “made in U.S.A.” labeling for products that are actually made or manufactured outside of the United States. A well-known consumer watchdog group recently reported that Walmart may be mislabeling as many as 100 of its products. Walmart is reportedly mislabeling its products despite that the Federal Trade Commission investigated Walmart for this issue in late 2015.  These reported practices may be in violation of state and federal consumer protection laws. A number of the reportedly mislabeled Walmart products are identified below:
