Vizio OLED Television Power Problems – Class Action Investigation
Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Vizio based upon reports that certain Vizio OLED television suffer from power-related problems preventing the television from working reliably. Specifically, reports indicate that some Vizio OLED television owners experience issues with the television shutting-off inexplicably while it is powered-on or being unable to be turned back on after being left-off for a while. Others have also reported issues with the video for HDMI-connected devices, i.e. Apple TV, gaming consoles, etc., going out unexpectedly, leaving behind a “signal lost” error message.
