United Airlines Coronavirus Refund Policy – Class Action Investigation

CSK&D is investigating a potential class action case against United Airlines for refusing to refund travelers for flights cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. U.S. Department of Transportation rules require airlines to refund the price of tickets whenever an airline cancels a flight. Instead of refunds, United reportedly is only offering to reassign flights sometime in the immediate future or any time before December 2020.
