UMBC Sexual Harassment – Class Action Investigation
Chimicles Schwartz Kriner and Donaldson-Smith LLP is investigating a potential lawsuit related to reports that Chad Cradock, the former swim coach at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (“UMBC”), sexually harassed members of the swim team. engaged in sexual abuse with one or more of his players. According to a Baltimore Sun article, an internal UMBC investigation found the coach had sexually harassed swimmers and the U.S. Department of Justice is said to be investigating.
