Ubiquiti Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential class action lawsuit relating to news that Ubiquiti suffered, and allegedly covered up, a massive data breach. Ubiquiti, a major vendor of cloud-enabled Internet of Things devices such as routers, WiFi connected video recorders and security cameras — disclosed that a breach involving a third-party cloud provider had exposed customer account credentials.
