Toyota Prius Low-Beam Headlight Defect-Class Action Investigation

Toyota Prius Low-Beam Headlight Defect-Class Action Investigation

C&T is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Toyota relating to the alleged manufacturing defects of the headlight systems in certain of their Toyota Prius models. Specifically, numerous owners of 2010 or 2011 Toyota Prius vehicles have reported losing one or both headlights while driving at night in dimly lit areas on highways, and other busy roadways, where having properly functioning headlights is a safe-driving necessity. It has been reported that this problems occurs repeatedly throughout the life of the vehicle, requiring Prius owners to replace multiple sets of headlights in the same year since Toyota has neither recalled the vehicles with this problem nor offered compensation, repairs and/or replacements, or any other type of solution for owners with defective headlights.

If you have purchased a 2010 or 2011 Toyota Prius and have experienced the above or other issues or damage related to defective headlight systems, please contact the attorneys below about this investigation.
