Toyota Camry Hybrid – Brake Actuator Defect Investigation

Chimicles & Tikellis is investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of owners and lessees of Toyota Camry Hybrid vehicles. These hybrid vehicles may suffer from a design defect in which the brake actuator, a vital component to the braking and vehicle stability control within the vehicles, prematurely fails.  This may cause the vehicle to exhibit a sudden and complete loss of braking and/or a “Check VSC System” on the main display screen.

Some owners and lessees may have been required to undergo costly repairs of the brake actuator and related items due to this potential design defect.  If you have experienced any of the above problems with your Toyota Camry Hybrid, please click on the “Email us about this Case” button to contact the below attorneys.
