Tomah VA Medical Center Dental Contamination and Disease Exposure – Class Action Investigation

C&T is investigating a potential class action against the Tomah VA Medical Center (the “Medical Center”) following reports that the Medical Center improperly re-used dental equipment instead of using sterilized tools, potentially exposing as many as 600 patients to HIV, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C. Specifically, a dentist employed by the Medical Center beginning in October 2015 has been reported to have used unsterilized dental equipment in treating Medical Center patients. Reports suggest that the dentist who engaged in the improper treatment protocols saw 592 patients since starting his employment with the Medical Center and now faces administrative proceedings.

If you are or have been a dental patient at the Tomah VA Medical Center and believe you have been exposed to the above dental practices, you may be entitled to compensation and should contact the lawyers on this page.
