Tesla Model S/X 12V Dead Battery – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential class action lawsuit amid reports from Tesla S & X owners that both vehicles suffer from 12v dead battery issues. Specifically, owners will get warnings on their dash indicating that their 12V battery requires service and that it is very close to dying. When the 12V battery dies though, it can lead to a situation where the owner is locked out of their vehicle, since the 12v battery powers the automatic doors (including the front trunk door), among other electronic features
