Terminix Telephone Consumer Protection Act Investigation

Terminix Telephone Consumer Protection Act Investigation

Chimicles & Tikellis is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Terminix for allegedly using an autodialing calling system to make numerous calls to consumers’ cell phones. It has been reported that many of these calls contain an artificial or prerecorded voice message. Such automatic dialing systems may violate the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act, which can entitle aggrieved consumers to $500 or $1,500 per call.

If you received an automated telephone call from Terminix on your cell phone, please contact us about this investigation.
