T-Mobile Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson Smith is investigating a potential class action lawsuit related to reports that T-Mobile was the victim of a recent data breach involving the personal data of 47 million current, prospective, and/or former T-Mobile customers.  Specifically, it is reported that the data compromised through this breach  may have included first and last names, birth dates, driver’s license information, even for those who may not have ended up entering into a contract with T-Mobile. About 850,000 of customers with prepaid plans may have had their names, phone numbers, and account PINs exposed through the breach
