Superior Ambulance Service Data Breach– Class Action Investigation

What Happened at Superior Ambulance?
On May 10, 2024, Superior Ambulance confirmed that an unauthorized party had gained access to the Company’s system between May 15, 2023-May 23, 2023 resulting in the exposure of sensitive personal and medical information belonging to an estimated 858,238 individuals. Information compromised as a result of the breach includes, but not limited to, the following: name, date of birth, social security number, driver’s license or state identification card numbers, financial account information. payment card information, patient record information including medical diagnosis/condition/treatment information, and health insurance information.
