SuperCare Health Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP is investigating a potential data breach class action lawsuit against California-based company, SuperCare Health, following recent news of an alleged data breach  involving the possible theft of sensitive medical information. In a statement from SuperCare, it states that it discovered this data breach on July 27, 2021. Through an investigation, SuperCare discovered that an unauthorized party had gained access to its systems from July 23, 2021 to July 27, 2021. Its review determined that patient information may have been impacted. The information potentially exposed in this data breach includes:
