Samsung TV WiFi Connectivity Problems – Class Action Investigation
Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Samsung based upon allegations that various Samsung televisions are equipped with defective WiFi control modules and/or prone to issues connecting to WiFi. Specifically, reports indicate that some Samsung television owners experience frequent signal drops or problems connecting to WiFi. In other instances, the WiFi control modules can fail altogether and need to be replaced.
