Samsung Fridge Temperature Gauge Incorrect Reading – Class Action Investigation
Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential class action related to reports Samsung fridge models may suffer from a temperature gauge defect. Specifically, it has been reported that Samsung fridges’ temperature gauge might be showing inaccurate temperature, displaying temperatures that are in some cases 15 degrees cooler than the actual temperature of the fridge. This can lead to incidences of food spoilage and/or food poisoning as owners are never aware of the fridge’s temperature being at unsafe levels.
