Rukket Sports Frayed Golf Net – Class Action Investigation
CSK&D is investigating a potential class action case related to reports that golf and/or sport hitting nets manufactured by Rukket Sports have netting that is vulnerable to fraying. Specifically, owners of these sport hitting nets have reported that the netting loses integrity, forming gaping holes in the netting and rendering them unusable. Some have also reported being required to pay replacement costs for new netting after reaching out to customer service about the issue.
