Razer Zephyr Mask False Advertising – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential class action related to alleged false claims by Razer that their Zephyr mask does not offer N95 level protection as was initially promoted through the Company’s advertising. Specifically, it is reported that Razer has removed any representations that allegedly stated that the Zephyr mask would offer N95 level of protection by using both the mask itself as well as extra Zephyr brand filters sold separately for the mask.
