Inaccurate Prenatal Test Results –Class Action Investigation
Chimicles Schwartz Kriner Donaldson-Smith is investigating reports that prenatal tests provided by Labtech Roche, Natera, and others, allegedly have high false positive rates, resulting in 85% of positive test results being inaccurate. These prenatal tests are designed to detect any chromosomal abnormalities in the fetus during pregnancy, and the marketing of the tests has remained mum on the risk of false positives.
