Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP (CSK&D) is investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of certain retired police officers and other former employees of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Certain Port Authority retirees were reportedly offered free tolls on bridges and tunnels (as well as certain parking perks) for life upon successful retirement.
