Chimicles & Tikellis is investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf consumers who entered into contracts with Office Depot for the sale of office supplies at prices that were promised to be equal or lower to what Office Depot offered to the U.S. General Services Administration. Office Depot recently settled claims alleging overcharges for office supplies in contravention of the pricing terms in its contracts. It has been alleged that Office Depot implemented inadequate procedures to ensure compliance with the pricing language in its contracts, resulting in the overcharges.
