Military Lending Act Violations

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith (CSKD) is investigating potential class action cases against lenders, creditors, banks, institutions, and other companies for violations of the Military Lending Act (“MLA”). The MLA provides that a creditor, which provides consumer credit to certain service members and their families, must provide, among others, mandatory disclosures and cannot offer credit at an interest rate in excess of an annual percentage rate (“APR”) of 36%. If you believe your creditor has violated the MLA, we would like to hear from you.
