Mazda Vehicle Rust – Class Action Investigation
Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential class action against Mazda Motor Corporation (“Mazda”) concerning reports of owners seeing rust on some of their new 2020-2021 models. Reports indicates that the issues may affect 2021 Mazda 3 Turbo and Mazda 3 Skyactiv-G GT
Mazda addressed a similar problem in 2016 when they recalled 2.2 Million cars.
