Mazda CX-9 – Blower Motor Defect

Mazda CX-9 – Blower Motor Defect

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP (CSK&D) is investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of owners and lessees of Mazda CX-9 vehicles, model years (“MY”) 2007-2009. These Mazda vehicles may suffer from a design defect causing the vehicle’s front and/or rear interior cabin fan(s) (a/k/a blower motors) to suddenly turn-on and continue to run after the vehicle’s ignition has been turned off. Some owners and lessees may have been required to undergo costly repairs due to this potential design defect.

If you have experienced the above problem with your Mazda CX-9 or other Mazda vehicle, please contact the attorneys below.
