Lornamead “Lice Shield” Head Lice Shampoo, Stick and Spray Products – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles & Tikellis is investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of consumers who purchased Lornamead Lice Shield shampoos, sticks, and spray products. Lornamead recently entered into a settlement agreement with the FTC, agreeing to pay $500,000 and also agreeing to stop circulating misleading advertisements and packaging labels that state its Lice Shield products can prevent children from getting head lice.  Lornamead’s Lice Shield products are sold in a variety of stores, including CVS, Wal-Mart, Rite-Aid, and others.
