Lendmark Financial Services, LLC Auto-Dialing and Harassing Phone Calls – Class Action Investigation

Lendmark Financial Services, LLC Auto-Dialing and Harassing Phone Calls – Class Action Investigation

C&T is investigating reports that Lendmark Financial Services, LLC (“Lendmark”) uses an automatic telephone dialing system to place non-emergency calls to numbers assigned to a cell-phone service without prior express consent. The purpose of these calls is to sell consumer finance products such as direct and indirect personal loans, automobile loans, and other loans and services.  These calls are often harassing and unwanted, and reports indicate that consumers often receive numerous calls – in some cases dozens of calls – from Lendmark despite demanding to be placed on Lendmark’s “do not call” list and that Lendmark cease calling. This conduct may be in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and other federal and state laws.

If you have received unwanted calls from Lendmark or have been harassed by Lendmark associates, please contact the lawyers on this page.
