Leerburg Enterprises Inc. Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP is investigating a potential data breach class action lawsuit against Leerburg Enterprises Inc. following recent news of an alleged data breach  involving the possible theft of sensitive payment information. In a statement from Leerburg, it states that it discovered this data breach on March 4, 2021. Through an investigation, Leerburg discovered customer payment information for transactions that occurred on their e-commerce website between September 8, 2020 and November 24, 2021 was subject to unauthorized access and/or acquisition. The information potentially exposed in this data breach includes:

  • Name
  • Credit or Debit card number
  • Expiration date
  • Security code number 
  • CVV code
