Keller Williams Unsolicited Phone Calls Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith (CSK&D) is investigating a potential class action against Keller Williams Realty for making repeated, unsolicited telemarketing calls to persons on the national “Do Not Call” registry. The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) restricts telephone solicitations with individuals who have not formed any business relationship with the caller and who are on the national “Do Not Call” registry, as well as imposes restrictions on the use of auto-dialers. Recipients of calls that violate the TCPA may be entitled to recover $500-$1500 per violation.

If your phone number is on the Do Not Call registry and you received repeated unsolicited calls from Keller Williams regarding prospective real estate sales, we would like to hear from you.
