Jos. A. Bank Credit Card Information – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles & Tikellis is investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of customers who paid with a credit card at Jos. A. Bank.  It has been alleged that Jos. A. Bank requires customers who pay with a credit card to provide personal identification information, such as zip codes and phone numbers, in violation of various state laws, including the following states:

It has been further alleged that Jos. A. Bank will not allow customers to pay with a credit card unless they provide personal identification information.
