Jimmy John’s Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles & Tikellis is investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of consumers who used credit or debit cards at Jimmy John’s stores and franchise locations between June 16, 2014 and September 5, 2014.  Jimmy John’s recently announced that approximately 216 franchise locations and stores were affected by the data breach.  The information at issue is alleged to involve the card number and in some cases the cardholder’s name, verification code, and/or the card’s expiration date.  For a list affected locations, please click this link: https://www.jimmyjohns.com/datasecurityincident/storedates.html.
