Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, Ram, and Fiat Engine Oil Consumption – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles & Tikellis is investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of owners and lessees of certain Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, Ram, and Fiat vehicles who are experiencing excessive engine oil consumption. It has been alleged that these automobile manufacturers may be denying warranty coverage to those who are experiencing excessive engine oil consumption, instead requiring owners and lessees to pay out-of-pocket to receive the necessary repairs to remedy the excessive oil consumption.
