CSK&D is investigating a potential class action related with reports that Apple’s latest iPhone 11 models have screens that are vulnerable to scratches. Despite Apple’s promise that the iPhone 11 has “the toughest glass ever in a smartphone,” a large number of iPhone 11 owners have reported excessive scratching from ordinary use.
