Honda Civic Advertising – Class Action Investigation

Honda Civic Advertising – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles & Tikellis is investigating consumer complaints related to advertising for the 2016 Honda Civic EX, EX-T, EX-L, and Touring models. Reportedly, these models were advertised as coming with two keyless remotes with unique identifiers that could set with unique profiles to accommodate the individual preferences of two different drivers. The available preferences advertised may have included driver seat and mirror positions, audio system pre-sets, air conditioning preferences, and navigation system settings. C&T is investigating whether these driver preference features were not, in fact, available on the 2016 Honda Civic.
If you purchased a 2016 Honda Civic EX, EX-T, EX-L, or Touring model or have knowledge of these advertisements, please contact the attorneys below to discuss this investigation.
