Honda Bluetooth Connectivity – Class Action Investigation

Honda Bluetooth Connectivity – Class Action Investigation

C&T is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Honda relating to connectivity issues and malfunctioning of the Bluetooth feature in its automobiles. Numerous reports by owners and lessees of Honda automobiles – especially Honda Civics – complain that the Bluetooth feature does not work properly despite the vehicle indicating that it is properly paired with the driver’s device (mobile phone, etc.). This malfunction manifests even in brand new vehicles according to consumer complaints. Reports indicate that when frustrated consumers attempt to contact Honda to complain about or seek a fix for the issue, Honda turns consumers away or tells consumers that Honda knows of this issue but that there is nothing that can be done for the time being. The result of this alleged issue is that consumers experience choppy or dropped calls or cannot make or receive calls using the Bluetooth feature altogether.

If you have purchased or leased a Honda automobile and have experienced any of the above issues, please contact the attorneys listed below.
