Gulshan Management Services Data Breach Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith is investigating potential class action claims against Gulshan Management Services, Inc. (“GMS”), a Texas-based business services company, for a data security incident that may have impacted the personal information of 377,082 individuals.

What Happened at Gulshan Management Services?

On or around September 17, 2025, an unauthorized third party gained access to GMS’s information systems through a successful phishing attack. The company did not discover the breach until September 27, 2025, after the attacker had accessed servers that hosted personal data and deployed malicious software that encrypted portions of GMS’s network.

GMS began notifying affected individuals on January 5, 2026.

What Information Was Compromised?

The compromised data may include, but is not limited to, the following sensitive consumer information:
  • Contact information
  • Social Security numbers
  • Driver’s license numbers
