Grain-Free Dog Food – Class Action Lawsuit Investigation

CSK&D is investigating potential class action lawsuits against companies that manufacture grain-free dog food.  The FDA recently issued a warning that grain-free dog food, which is often more expensive than regular dog food and marketed as healthier, may cause a dangerous heart condition in dogs called dilated cardiomyopathy or DCM.  Some brands that make grain-free varieties include:

Acana
Zignature
Taste of the Wild
4Health
Earthborn Holistic
Blue Buffalo
Nature’s Domain
Fromm
Merrick
California Natural
Natural Balance
Orijen
Nature’s Variety
NutriSource
Nutro
Rachael Ray Nutrish

If you purchased grain-free dog food we would like to hear from you.
