Google Fi Suspended Service – Class Action Investigation
Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP (CSK&D) is investigating a potential class action against Google for alleged problems relating to the company’s wireless phone, messaging, and data service, Google Fi. Consumers have reported having their Google Fi service abruptly suspended as a result of suspicious activity or other issues with their linked Google Pay accounts. These consumers report being suddenly left without service on their smart phones as well as without access to other Google products and services including Gmail. Allegedly it can take a significant amount of time and effort dealing with Google Fi customer service in order to get cell phone service restored.
