General Motors Truck & SUV Vibration– Class Action Investigation

General Motors Truck & SUV Vibration – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles & Tikellis LLP is investigating a potential class action lawsuit related to reports that recent models of trucks or SUVs manufactured by General Motors suffer from a defect that causes the vehicle to vibrate. Specifically, owners and lessees of recent model year 2015-2017 GM and Chevrolet trucks or SUVs have reported that their vehicle begins to vibrate when it is being driven over 40mph.

When the vehicle is brought to an authorized dealership, the dealership allegedly say the problem is being investigated by General Motors and that no current fix for the issue exists.
