Chimicles & Tikellis is investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of consumers who purchased certain General Electric (“GE”) Cafe and Profile ovens. These ovens may contain a defect causing the oven door to become “locked” or experience other similar error messages after completeing a self-cleaning cycle. Some users have reported that once this occurs, the ovens become inoperable and require costly repairs.
