GameStop – Used Video Game Access Code Investigation

Chimicles & Tikellis is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against GameStop, which sells used videogames.  Many of the used videogames sold by GameStop tout the ability of users to access online content to supplement and enhance the game playing experience.  This is accessed by using a code that originally comes with the game, and typically expires after a single use.  When it has expired, purchasers of the used games must then pay an extra fee to access this online/downloadable content.  If you have purchased a used videogame from GameStop and been unable to access this content, please use the “Email us about this Case” button to contact the following attorneys.
