GameStop Pro Membership – Class Action Investigation
Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith (CSK&D) is investigating reports of company GameStop reportedly not honoring the advertised benefits of its “Pro Membership.”
GameStop advertises early access to its Pro members. This includes the purchase of consoles and games. Reportedly, when members go to use their early access perk, the items are showing as sold out, the payments are unable to be processed, their orders get cancelled, or the items are not available to be purchased. Additionally, the coupons that Pro members are given monthly are reportedly unable to be used.
