Ford F-150 Door Latch Defect – Class Action Investigation

Ford F-150 Door Latch Defect – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles & Tikellis LLP (“C&T”) is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Ford based upon allegations that certain Ford F-150 trucks contain door latches that are defective and/or prematurely fail.  Specifically, reports indicate that door latches in model year 2015-2017 Ford F-150 tucks fail to latch and lock when drivers or passengers attempt to close the doors, and that this defect manifests in extremely cold weather.  C&T is investigating whether Ford misleadingly advertises the qualities of Ford F-150 trucks and whether Ford fails to disclose the door latch defect despite having knowledge of it.

If you have purchased or leased a 2015-2017 Ford F-150 truck and have experienced door latch issues or failures, please contact the attorneys listed below.
