First Financial Credit Union Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP is investigating a potential data breach class action lawsuit against First Financial Credit Union (“FFCU”) following recent news of an alleged data breach  involving the possible theft of sensitive information.

FFCU discovered this data breach around April 2022 after becoming aware that an unauthorized party managed to gain access to certain of the Company’s files  data between January 17, 2022-February 6, 2022.  As result, an unspecified number of members of FFCU may have their personal data exposed in this breach.

  • Mailing Address
  • Social Security Number
  • Driver’s License Number
  • Government ID numbers
  • Bank Account Information & Credit Card Information
