Escrow Account Interest Rates – Class Action Investigation

CSK&D is investigating potential class action lawsuits relating to the alleged failure of various mortgage lenders in California, New York, and Maryland to pay interest to borrowers on money held in escrow accounts for residential mortgages as required by law.  In California, for example, mortgage lenders are required to pay borrowers 2% interest on money held in escrow.  If you are a resident of California, New York, or Maryland and did not receive interest payments on your escrow account, we would like to hear from you.
