EOS Fitness Gym Membership  – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential class action related to EOS Fitness gym membership offerings and their alleged deceptive billing practices due to automatic renewals. It is reported that members of this gym are enrolled into a membership that is difficult to cancel. Those enrolled in a standard gym membership or personal training membership will often go through all the steps needed to cancel their contract only to be charged a recurring membership fee even after they had cancelled.
