District Court Grants Preliminary Approval of Class Settlement in the Orrstown Securities Litigation

Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority v. Orrstown Financial Services, Inc., et al., Case No. 12-cv-00793 (M.D. Pa).

On February 1, 2023, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania granted preliminary approval of a class settlement of the Orrstown Securities Litigation. The Court has scheduled a final approval hearing for May 19, 2023.
