Designed Receivable Solutions – Class Action Investigation
Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential class action relating to a data breach incident involving Designed Receivable Solutions, Inc. (“Designed Receivable”), a third-party debt collection company who works primarily with healthcare providers to recover unpaid patient balances.
Specifically, it is reported that Designed Receivable discovered that an unauthorized party had gained access to its network and had accessed data stored on its system between January 18, 2024-March 13, 2024 Data compromised may have included, but not limited to, the following: name, address, and social security number.
