Dell G3 3590 Laptop Hinge Defect – Class Action Investigation

CSK&D is investigating reports that Dell laptops suffer from defective hinges that bulge, bend, or break with normal use, often within months of purchase. The defect appears to impact primarily the Dell G3 15 3590, although other models may be affected as well. Despite knowledge of the alleged defect, Dell reportedly refuses to provide free repairs or replacements.
